About Karren

I’ve been involved in the fitness industry since 2001 when I took my exercise to music course through the YMCA.

Since then I have passed a variety of courses which has enhanced my knowledge and expanded my teaching.

I work in various gyms in Warwickshire as well as teaching the local STOTT PILATES® classes which I began in September 2010.

I live in Cubbington with my husband, our dog Benji and 8 chickens (chicken numbers vary depending on whether the fox has been visiting). I like running, you might see me pounding the streets around Cubbington, going to concerts, crafting, gardening, a good glass of wine, chocolate and cooking. I recently completed my first fun triathlon and really enjoyed it!

I decided on STOTT PILATES because it is highly respected amongst fitness and health professionals and because the training was involved and intense. STOTT PILATES is considered to be the 'Ivy League' of Pilates because of the in depth knowldge required and the continuing professional development you have to adhere to in order to be called a STOTT PILATES instructor. I am a STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor.

STOTT PILATES should not be confused with other types of Pilates training that can be earned on a day or weekend course.
